| Very friendly and professional company. They offered me a ride home/to work while my car was being fixed. It did not take long for them to fix my car. I got my car back the same day, and the price I was quoted before they fixed my car was the same price when it was time to pay. And my car is running great. I would recommend Beckwith's Car Care to friends and family. |

| I have been coming to Beckwiths for a few years now and will not go to anyone else. They are always so friendly and most importantly honest when it comes to questions or concerns about my vehicles. They get me in and out in a timely manner, their waiting room and rest rooms are always clean and inviting and I always leave knowing my car is in good hands! |

| Beckwith?s installed a Jasper remanufactured engine install my classic 1998 Chevy C1500 Silverado with 397,000 miles on the odometer. They did a very good job of securing all harness wiring back to its original location. The engine now has 300 miles on it and it is running perfectly. I would give them a 5 star rating but when I went to take delivery of my truck the radiator overflow tank was empty. After I brought this to the service advisor?s attention he drove it back into the show and had it filled to the correct level. |

| The service and the staff are amazing! I was disappointed that the $160 diagnostic fee did not count as credit toward the repair?. I don?t understand why this courtesy is not provided when a customer is paying hundreds of dollars for the service to correct the problem that is identified. |

| Always good service. Haven?t been there in quite a while. Called set up my appt. Showed up meet by polite young lady Emily. Let me informed thru my time there. Reason 4 star not 5 I?m an oatmeal walnut cranberry cookie guy. Lol |

| I absolutely love this place. I am treated with such courtesy from every employee. The waiting area is so comfortable and clean you wouldn't believe you were at a mechanic shop. I feel like they are honest and try to be fair with their pricing. Although some things were too high and i went elsewhere. However for most maintenance i always take my car to Beckwith. |

| I had purchased a used vehicle and wanted to bring my car in for a diagnostic check to make sure I was purchasing a decent vehicle. I had called ahead of time to bring in my vehicle and when I got there I was not in the system but they got me in. It also took a little longer than expected but I will wait for the quality of work they always provide. When checking out the young gentlemen and I had a great conversation he is very personable and I was on my way as everything checked out with the vehicle. |

| I have been a customer of Beckwith's since I moved to Texas in 2005. Their facility is always super clean & their waiting area is very comfortable with drinks, coffee & usually cookies. The job is always done in a timely manner and I have never had any issues, I trust Beckwiths 100% with my car as it is very difficult to find a trustworthy mechanic. Recently their staff has changed and I did notice that the last time I brought my car in for service my CHECK ENGINE light was on and they did not mention anything about this at all when usually they would advise me of the light and try to clear it. I also know that I need a new air filter and they did not mention this to me either. Other than that I always recommend Beckwiths to anyone looking for auto service. |
