| I was having my 2002 Tacoma timing belt & water pump changed out but also i was having a weird noise coming from the engine area i wasn't able to find, the mechanic's was able to find the problem let me know what it was and they fixed that issue as well, overall everything went great, i wasn't able to get the truck to them so they came and got it and when all was done they brought it back to me at my work. very nice service to offer the customers. good workmanship and with a 3yr parts/labor that's hard to beat , i spoke with Billie a few times on the phone to set everything up and as work was going on and she was awesome , very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with. thank you. |

| Wonderful Shop the staff are very attentive. When we had a problem they were right on it to resolve the issue. I have always thought its not if you have a problem it is when. It's how you handle the issue that shows the quality of of the business. Beckwith's car care is among the best I have ever dealt with. |
