| Lynn Beckwith and all her staff take such very good care of me, a 78 year old woman with a 20 year old car. They treat each customer as if they are the only customer. Their fees may be a little more than other places, but they back up and guarantee their work and give you the best information and repairs available. Honesty and integrity describe the business. |

| When at first I brought my car?s A/C to get fixed at Beckwith?s, they quoted me what I worried was too much money. I took my car to get a second opinion, and the other guy tried to charge more ? and hadn?t even found the leaks in the hoses that Beckwith?s was thorough enough to check for. The A/C is working better than ever now in this TX summer, and they got my car back to me almost within 24 hours of dropping it off, even though they had to order parts for it! I trust Shaun at the front desk because he looks at and talks to ME about my car when my husband is present, which is more than I can say for others in typically male-dominated fields; often men direct their attention and comments to my husband, even though I am the more outspoken one and usually the one in need of the service. These little details make a big difference, and I am happy to have found Beckwith?s. |
